Our Corporate Values
Alexandra District Hospital has adopted the following values as prescribed by the State Services Authority.
Section 7 of the Public Administration Act 2004 states that public officials should demonstrate:

Goals
To achieve the vision for our organization we will:
- Achieve consumer and community satisfaction
- Provide best practice health care
- Develop a mutually informed health focussed community
- Become the leading SRHS agency in the Hume region in the use of IT technology for the enhancement of service provision
- Improve current performance status in all areas of Human Resource Management in accordancew ith the EQuIP criteria
- Convert all under-utilised Aged Care funding to address two of the Health priority areas in our community
- Promote a low risk environment for the employees, the community and the organisation
- Redevelop the Alexandra site
- Maintain profitability
- Maintain current accreditation status
